Thanks Jon, and Andrew for your advice. my main goal for that post card was that I was looking to find buyers to build my buyers list.

Hi Stephen, how are you? Would you like to share how you got 243 buyers on your list? I would have to think it would be hard to be friends with 243 people, I plan on just blasting my list and call the ones that have said that they only want to be called, and as time moves forward build my relationships with the ones I am doing business with. So it’s like cutting grass you will cut the top layer off and the rest will grow roots with you.

Thanks Demos for pointing that out. And thanks Will I will check out the Private Lending forum
yes james I think you are right, I was just going to put this on the card $$$.30 on the dollar!!
Must sell right now!!
phone and email

As I was looking at it, I felt it was missing something and thats why I added the other stuff to the card. Not being a buyer myself I just did not know what buyers are looking for or what catches their eyes. When I did not get any calls from the post card I thought it was because of the hoildays and then I said no it was because the card was white. Then I said to myself I need help with this and posted it on bigger pockects. This was my first post card I sent out and got no calls and wasted a hundred bucks. I plan on sending again after christmas but I am just not sure what to say to buyers. My main goal is to find the buyers and maybe I should just let the rest fall into place as I go forward.

I sent out three hundred and twenty five post cards last week looking for buyers and got zero calls.
