There are lots of things to factor in of corse. Do your due diligence and keep up to date on current events.

My first mentor put it simply. The average is 7 years, things should start to swing downward. The longer it go's past that point the lower the decline.

That's very informative thanks for sharing, that was helpful. I'm currently in Tokyo and looking where I should make my next move. I have also set up a company here in Japan, and would love to learn how to purchase investments through it.
