Has anyone read this book?  its written by Jeff Wynkoop.  Its  very pricy for a book, and i do think its worth it.  I was hoping to get any opinions about it before i do. i keep searching about various legal topics relating to japanese real estate and business structure.  This book always comes up.. apparently its the only comprehensive english overview of the topic.

Yeah I herd a lot of that info too. Apparently 200-300% is standard for the good management company's. The names if the meetup are yokosuka Tokyo meetup, and I can't remember the name of the entire titles. I'm sure if you type meet up and Tokyo together you'll get it. When I get home I'll try to remember to tag you in the posts.

That's what I was basically trying to say, live cheep and get settled, shop for deals, and you'll be good. I'm looking forward to seeing your future. Make sure you keep in touch dude.

Besides its never good to be in a hurry to buy for emotional reasons, only for great deals. I've been in a situation much like yours. I decided to fix my circumstances first, then go hunting. Be patient and methodical, everything will work itself you in the end.
