 Dallas market is going to vary heavily by location. I definitely recommend getting in touch with a local agent who knows the market. You could use the agent finder.

@Account Closed you can sort topics by trending by selecting it from the “Sort by Newest” drop-down menu. BTW can you describe what you’re trying to do? We may have some other way to find what you’re looking for.
