Looking to connect with Investor Friendly Agents or Wholesalers in the Palm Beach Gardens Area.

My friend is looking for a SFH with the exit strategy of making it a Short Term Rental.

Purchase Price up to $300-500k.

Ideally a home with a pool/ jacuzzi and other attracting amenities.
