@Karen Margrave @Michael Page we just released an upgrade that removed a lot of stale listings and enforced our 30-day limit on listings (can be extended). Contact @Nate Slappey III if you want us to tweak the timeframe, right now we’re thinking of expiring listings after 90 days.

@Erica Simonson we just rolled out a fix that removed many stale listings. Thanks again for reporting this and let us know what else we can do to help. cc @Nate Slappey III

Google Voice is good and free. Only reservation I have is that Google isn’t really known for maintaining these free services forever.

I recommend using the Agent Finder.

We’re listening, but yea the app got a lot of negative reviews and the site needed a lot of work, so we prioritized the site.

We don't have data on Canada at this time to power our calculators, and they don't work with Canadian addresses or postal codes (you can try them for free but they wont work). Tell us more about the kinds of research that you want to perform, and we can look into building it out!

Canadians are pretty active in our forums, but that doesn't require a Pro membership.
