Hey there,

Having reliable staff is very important in any business. But you gotta make sure that you're outsourcing your managers from reliable outsourcing companies. Those that educate their property managers about the ins and outs of the business.

It's also imperative to be clear to your staff (whether in house or virtually outsourced) about the tasks you need them to be doing on a daily basis. Be firm on this.

I have had outsourced assistants for the longest time now and business has been really great ever since. My virtual assistants continuously bring in hot leads for me to close the deals.

I have several colleagues that have VAs do their daily Property Management tasks and so far they've been killing it. All processes are streamlined and taken care of by the VA giving them more time in the day to focus on other important things.

One suggestion I would give you is to make sure you hire a VA that's already been trained or have experience with Property Management.
