Hey @Drew Bishop, I'm not familiar with any training courses but my company REVA has VAs that are pre-trained in real estate if you're interested in learning more.

We use VAs to handle all the bookkeeping in our office. There are some services that offer this too but it's usually best to start outsourcing it.

@David Capote, my top marketing channels right now are cold calling, texting, and direct mail. I use my team of VAs to manage all the campaigns for me and talk to the sellers to gauge motivation. Once a seller is interested in hearing an offer my VAs set the appointment for my acquisition guys to talk to and lock up the deal. Hope this helps!
