We use VAs to handle all the bookkeeping in our office. There are some services that offer this too but it's usually best to start outsourcing it.

@David Capote, my top marketing channels right now are cold calling, texting, and direct mail. I use my team of VAs to manage all the campaigns for me and talk to the sellers to gauge motivation. Once a seller is interested in hearing an offer my VAs set the appointment for my acquisition guys to talk to and lock up the deal. Hope this helps!
