Hey everybody,

I recently passed my licensing exam and am now in the stage of choosing a brokerage. 

Does anyone have any advice on what to look for? 

I have met with several brokers large and small and see the benefits of both. However, I'm still having trouble deciding. 

Does anyone on here have a recommendation for online education to get my license for Texas? I've looked at schools like Texas Institute of Real Estate, Allied School, and Kaplan. 

Also, any recommendation for choosing a brokerage in Fort Worth?

There is a group that meets in Fort Worth at Woodhaven CC every Saturday 9 a.m. I haven't been but am going this coming Saturday and I will let you know. If you want to head that way that'd be cool too.

Hey everyone,

My name is Blake. I'm brand new to this site and will start flipping homes in the DFW metroplex very soon. I want to make sure I don't make a bad decision with my first purchase and would even be interested in partnering if someone is interested in doing so. Is there anyone on here familiar with the area that can give me some advice? Any tips from veterans in the community that I need to know to help me in my journey? Just a little nervous since I'm new to this but definitely ready.
