We’re building the A-3 on a 50 x 140 lot right now for an investor. We gave them a few options with paint, flooring, ect. with respect to cost. They will have instant equity in this deal. They can probably resell it at 200K. Lots are 10-20K.

There is a huge need for these types of affordable homes for buyers as well as rentals. We’re trying to find people to partner with on the purchase side.

We have some new build plans we're looking at building for and selling directly to investors. Does anyone in here buy new builds for rentals in the Amarillo, TX area?

We have 3 floor plans, price does not include the lot:

A-1: 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage 1,381 sq.ft. - Sales price - $223,463

A-2: 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage 1,362 sq.ft. - Sales price - $212,400

A-3: 3 bed, 2 bath, no garage, 1,135 sq.ft.  - Sales price - $176,000

McCaw Property Management and OmniKey Realty are both really good.

That appraisal is definitely wrong. Both properties have been rehabbed recently. Really, the only thing they lack are the appliances but otherwise are in great shape. Make me an offer and lets make a deal! I'd be happy to meet you at the properties so you can take a look.

HOA dues are around $315/month and that includes water and utilities.

These can rent out for around $1200/month pretty easily.
