Selling this for a client who moved to Colorado. 2014 Build in excellent shape. Close enough to the hospitals and chisolm trail parkway it will likely be easy to keep this property occupied with good tenants.

Let me know if you want to go take a look or have any questions. Lease is up 4/30/2017

I have two rental properties I'm selling. One in Haltom City and one in North Richland Hills. Both have good tenants. Send me a message for details.

Although it isn't a REIC it is a Veterans Business Network that meets monthly in Fort Worth. The next meeting they have is Tuesday May 10th from 7:30 AM -9:00 AM at Ol' South Pancake House off of University.

I think I have found a great deal over by TCU. An agent in my office is listing a property that I think is a super good deal for a flip. The current owners even had plans drawn up for additions to the house. Are there any investors in Fort Worth who would be willing to go look or talk to me about it? I am a real estate agent but really want to get into investing.

I'm pretty sure I came across a really good deal over by TCU. It's a bit out of my price range just starting out but I think it is a great deal for a more experienced investor and can be a good learning experience for me. I want to look at this property through an investors eyes.

I am a real estate agent/future investor in Fort Worth, TX. I'm not the listing agent for this property fyi.

If you invest in Fort Worth and would like more information please message me for details.

I read the J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses and found it super practical. I haven't flipped any houses yet but plan to do so soon and will use it as a guide. I think its definitely worth the money and I'm sure you will pick up some golden nuggets while reading it.

I have limited experience in real estate but if I were you I'd go talk with several brokers in your area (at the very least 3). Get all the information you can from them about being an agent at their firm. You need to look at a breakdown of the costs each firm has, ongoing training, and the type of work environment it is ect. See if its somewhere you see yourself working when you do have a license. If it seems like a good spot, then I don't see the problem in getting educated, trained, and working with them in the future but at the end of the day its up to you. Also, ask each broker about education providers in your state. They should have a list they can provide you and I'd think there would be plenty of options. Do your due diligence on each school and see what you'd like to go from there.

@Sherry Patterson I just passed my license exam and am looking. Just curious on where you decided to go and why?
