Post: I have buyers- Now I need Construction Financing St. Joe, MO!

I own a real estate company that buys, sells, manages, maintains and now develops properties. We currently manage 600 units in St. Joseph, MO. With the cost of housing and investment property, its been hard finding deals so I recently got into developing turn key rentals for my investors to buy. Any ideas for short term financing to get my properties built? Who would have thought-finding buyers was the easy part? I have my own crew, and long term relations ships with vendors, just need some financing to get them built for my investors.

I am having a lot of the same questions- Dodd Frank is just killing new construction for sure. Goodluck pal--- I have signed contracts for buyers already and bankers are still being jerky with me.
