Sure. Unless there is something special about Texas there is no reason why you cannot list all 3 address' on one contract with one price.   If there are loans on all 3 properties and you are wanting to take down all 3 of them at same time it is just an added logistic for your closing company. If you are wholesaling to 3 different individuals it may be easier to do 3 different contracts so you can close all of them at different times.   a lot of directions you can go with this one depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

I can share with you a few attorneys in Charlotte to set up LLC's (they are NC attorneys). I don't work with any closing attorneys in that area.

Travis when I used to run my turnkey operation I had several clients in the armed services who owned property that was cash flowing. For many of them they were growing their rental portfolio now BC they did have lower living expenses which they knew would go back up once they came stateside. Happy to help you anyway I can. Cheers

John you have a valuable skill... The know how of fixing houses. Those same skills I also have and they saved me countless dollars, earned me a position in deals when I first started, allowed me to negotiate with confidence, and gave me an edge as a renovator. There are many investors that need you wise counsel. You can find them and offer your services for a piece of the deal or for education on how they do what they do ....if you were in Charlotte I would make that deal with you myself :) Good luck

It is rare I post questions on here. However since I signed up for BP I have been fascinated by the fact everyone is learning here. I wanted to write a blog post on it but thought I would employ all of you for some feedback. I got trained in real estate investing 19 years ago LBBP (life before bigger pockets) and am still learning but I got trained by what everyone would consider a guru. I have a few questions just feel free to answer the ones applicable to you or all of them :) My question for all of you seasoned or not investors... Since the existence of BP do you believe you will not need to be trained by a "guru"? Those of you trained by gurus .... Was BP around when you went the guru route? If BP was around would you have just stayed here to get your education? How long do you think you will need to be on BP until you feel you are a qualified investor? I have left out my personal opinion on this topic because i am sincerely curious to hear the feedback.

Dino When I was a kid I used to tell my mom "why should I read the book when I could watch the movie?" I don't believe that at all now of course but in your case tax code is complex and I'm sure you could find some extremely dry book to read on it I would start with a qualified cap who understand international tax law. I have worked with a large number of international investors and I just so happen to have that cpa. Start there and learn what you need to from her , you can verify it all with a boring book, and use the rest of your time focused on finding deals :) Cheers!
