Hello everyone,

I am in the Air Force and am currently stationed overseas. I am originally from PA and my wife is from CA. I am trying to learn all I can about investing in real estate and looking for mentors. I am currently debt free and have money set aside to get into the business just trying to learn all of in's and out's. Since I am in the military I do not think buy and hold would be the best option. Wholesaling seems like the most applicable to me since I have not built relationships with contracting companies. Please everyone get a hold of me and give me advice. Where do I begin?
