I think the trim should be a different color to look the most clean and fresh  - preferably a shade of white in a semi gloss - flat or eggshell in a darker color for the walls.

@Scott V.

I say - go for it. It’s not a terribly expensive car and makes you happy. I did the same a few years ago - not a sports car but a fully loaded brand new Escalade ... I owned it for four years and enjoyed every minute - except when it was in the repair shop - which happened often. Now that itch has been scratched and I drive a much more sensible Lexus. Have fun!!!

I have done just this.   I own a timeshare in Hawaii and have rented via AirBNB twice.   It worked really well.   I just had to give the front desk the name and address of the guests.   As a timeshare it’s my property and I’m permitted to rent it out or give it away to my people that are my guest.   I am about to list it again for next summer.

I would ask if comparable properties include AC and if that’s either expected or valued in that area.  In Houston where I live, for example, there would be no question

I was able to get the deal! Not sure why the seller chose me as I believe the offers were very very close. We close at the end of the month.

I have an offer in on a BRRRR property that needs quite a bit of rehab. I'm finding that the local homevestors / "we by ugly houses" owner is now competing for the property and trying to entice the owner to go with him. Anyone have any experience with that organization? What's the business model? Are they buying to wholesale it out for 15% premium? Any insight would be interesting to me.

I just found a BRRRR property in the Spring / Woodlands area north of Houston and am on the hunt for a good investor friendly roofing company. The property is a approx 1500 SqFt single story ranch. Any recommendations or contractor responses would be welcome.
