@Jared Irby

I just use it to look up homeowner information and make contact.  I haven't used Whitepages so I can't make a direct comparison.

@Jared Irby

I got everything setup and approved.   I've looked up numbers and called. It seems to be working fairly well but it will take some time before I can fully test the system.

@Barrett Boone  @Kyle N.

The data is available on the county clerk site in Tarrant County.  Simply run a search using the online court records search.  It's a bit finicky but will give you the data.  It requires manually scraping the names and then cross referencing them with TAD records to get all of the info needed.

I just signed up with TLO and had my site inspection last week for my home office.  They look for a paper shredder, locking filing cabinet, password protected computer, and lock on office door to name a few things.  They asked for the name and contact number for my HVAC tech as part of the in person interview questions which was kinda strange in my opinion.  I only had a standard bed/bath lock on my office door so I had to install an exterior door lock today and then send verification pictures over.  They want a legit keyed lock.  Still waiting to hear back.

Post: NEEDED: Mobile Home buyers in Cleburne, TX and surrounding areas

I'm looking to connect with some local investors that purchase mobile homes on land in the Cleburne, TX area.  I currently have a mobile home lead that is sitting on 1.5 acres in Cleburne. I'm reaching out because mobile homes are not part of my investments strategy.

Respond to the post or shoot me a PM if you are interested.  Thanks!

@Shawn Thom

This is some good info. and nice looking finished product.  I usually just measure everything out by hand and calculate my cost from there.

I'm working on finding a good granite guy in the area.  Who did you use for this job?

Post: Syndicating SFR deals and SEC concerns

I recently read an excellent article by Michael Blank about synidcating SFR and small multifamily deals. It basically helps you create an investment opportunity for those that want to invest in deals but have less capital at hand. Here is a link to the article - https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/04/2...

My concern is with the SEC and securities laws.  Does anyone have experience with this type of deal funding and know if the same rules apply as with larger commercial deals?
