@Adam Engle-Sorrell Thanks for the shout out! We (The David Greene Team) hold meetups pretty regularly that are not pitches at all. It’s a great way to simply learn and meet other investors of all experience levels. In fact we just scheduled one in Sacramento in October.

We would like to bypass using the banks for our purchases, and provide a private individual with consistent returns as we scale into other markets.

We are mainly BRRRR'ing and are open to flips as well.

We have a good track record and are diligent as well as disciplined.

We simply do not want to go through the bank process everytime we acquire a property.
