Best Buffalo NY property management company, Rosato Property Management.

Buffalo coming back is an understatement. The regional has had multimillion dollar renovations, which have been very successful in drawing new people to the area. As for rentals, it's one of the best for cash flowing properties in the country. I agree with another poster that I have had no turnovers in over 3 yrs!!! People are starting to see the benefits of living in Buffalo, and love it.

Buffalo is a beautiful city! I'm also an investor of Buffalo and very familular with the transformation that has been taking place there over the last 8yrs, it's amazing.

Currently invested in Buffalo & Rochester NY, NH and Florida. I'm looking to network with the goal of doing some wholesale deals along with acquiring additional properties in Buffalo and NH to place as rentals.

I'm looking to start buying parcels of land (Florida) at wholesale to then market as Owner Financed Land Parcels... Since I am new to this arena does anyone know what needs to be done on my end to complete a transaction with a future customer?

I own the properties in my name

I owe nothing on them
