I'm looking to start buying parcels of land (Florida) at wholesale to then market as Owner Financed Land Parcels... Since I am new to this arena does anyone know what needs to be done on my end to complete a transaction with a future customer? 

 Assume:

I own the properties in my name

I owe nothing on them
