Hello!  I'm originally from the Buffalo area but now live near Seattle.  I'm ready to jump into the Buffalo market not just for profit but also to participate in Buffalo's renaissance.  Being I live on the other side of the US, I'll need trusted teams of agents, contractors and property management.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I'll be in town in the near future and would like to meet.
