Nice number, I have the same! I was using Google sheets but I wanted to keep track of project costs and what I was spending on turnovers and it was getting overwhelming to manage, plus I couldn't store documents or receipts in there. I use my own software now. I'd suggest using something that not only reports for taxes but keeps you in the loop how everything is doing.

What kinds of records are you trying to organize? Just documents?

@Jason Turgeon are you trying to track property expenses separately from unit expenses, then be able to roll them up for an overall total? I’d like to understand better and see if I can help you, let’s connect.

I don't use them as much anymore but Google Docs/drive for documents like leases, Sheets for bills and expenses tracking, Voice if you want a separate Phone number, Photos for pictures, Keep for lists, Contacts, Gmail.
