What would you have them create for you? Is there a tedious task that could be automated? Do you have things that are hard to keep track of? Is there something in your current software (or process) that could be improved?

@Account Closed haha, it's never too early to start investing! My son is 15 months old and is a huge part of why I'm doing what I'm doing right now. I want to see him grow up and be there for him, not off all day working for somebody else. Thanks for stopping by and saying hi!

I'm excited to meet and learn about other investors here on BiggerPockets. My wife and I have been real estate investors for just over 10 years now. We manage all of our own rentals and it sure is a challenge. Since I'm a software engineer by day, naturally I wasn't very happy with the software solutions I found online so I decided to create a tool to better fit our needs. I'd like it to fit other's needs also, so I'm really interested to learn how others manage their rentals.
