Try Magicplan on the App Store, it uses augmented reality that allows you to place markers around the room then it generates a floor plan for you, it's pretty cool.

Hi @Jason Mcdaniel, I have a web app that is designed to work great on mobile devices that will allow you to organize your receipts, either by yourself, your company, a property, or a unit. You'd open the app, select your property/unit then add a transaction. You can enter your payment method, the vender, the amount, tax category, a short memo, and upload your receipt. You can also store progress pics, documents, and other things that you might find useful.

It doesn't support multiple users, but you and your partner could share the same account. Let me know if you'd like to try it out and I'll get you set up.

Hi Kraig, I have a mobile friendly web app that would help you keep track of all of this stuff for you. It's not a native app that you can take photos with, but you can add your property, add a lease, then add an inspection "action" on that lease. On this action, you can upload your photos, documents, add notes, and more. You can create actions for move in, move out, periodic inspections, repairs, or anything you want. Let me know if you're interested in trying it out!

Hi David, I have a mobile friendly web app that I think would meet your needs. You can enter a property then enter as many "actions" as you'd like to it. For each action you can add photos, notes, and documents. Your feedback would be very helpful in its continued development. Let me know if you're interested in trying it out!

Hey Brad, I'm building an app (a web app designed for mobile) that might meet your needs. You can store receipts or other documents and organize them by your company, a property, or a unit. If you're interested in trying it out let me know. It might be missing some features, but you'll be able to influence development to better fit your needs.

Talk to her about it. Communication is the best thing couples can do. Find out what aspects she is interested in and talk about and expand those topics. Find out what she might not understand, people tend to avoid things that they feel overwhelmed about. Are you listening to her ideas and concerns? If you haven't, make sure you do and work them out. Find ways to make the process fun. Want to scout something out? go out for ice cream and make an event of it. You'll both be much happier if you can figure out how to enjoy the highs and get through lows as a team.

If you don't mind sharing, how much does something like this cost?
