@Ben Walhood, first of all great job!  Second of all don't let those comments get you down...no matter how much you try to explain what you do there will always be those who find the negative in everything and post comments on articles...

@Chance Cooper first of all thank you for your service!  I am at $6000/month cash flow, we financed most of our properties though.  I paid cash for my first one then financed the rest, we have a total of 20 properties which took us about 3 years to buy.  Like @Travis Beehler I have a good paying W2 job which helped get us started....

I couldn't get it to work, I signed in about 10 minutes early and it said waiting to see Brandon Turner's screen.  It is now 15 minutes after the start time and it still says the same thing....this is my first time doing this so maybe I am doing something wrong...

I just signed up!

Just out of curiosity how much does a typical tub re-glazing cost?  I know it probably depends on the condition and all but just looking for a general idea.

@Jay Hinrichs, That is awesome!  I would find any excuse to fly somewhere, cost didn't really matter(I just wanted to fly)...this picture was taken 2003 when I was working on my instrument rating, nasty rainy day in Raleigh...popped up on top to a great sunset...flew to Wilmington for dinner, then back to Raleigh...Hard to put a price on that!

@Jay Hinrichs, so your $100 hamburger is more like a $1,000 hamburger!  Cirrus is a beautiful aircraft though!

@William Byrd, I am an aviation buff myself, I have had my private pilots license since 2001.  I also own many rentals in Greensboro/High Point area, let me know if you ever want to compare notes....welcome to BP!

Like @Bill Coleman, we use paynearme too and love it!
