I would deposit the check into my LLC checking account, then write out a check from that account to pay the heloc. On my books it would be entered that the LLC borrowed money from me, then the LLC paid me back.

 If the check has both my Llc name and my personal name does it matter that it goes to Llc first? Couldn’t I just deposit it to personal heloc account? It will still Show where that check went wouldn’t it?

I took a heloc out of personal residence to fund my first duplex renovation. I changed the deed over to my Llc upon refinancing out. The equity check is made out to my name/and Llc. Is it okay to pay back my personal residence heloc with a check written out to my llc

Any update?

I actually went to cozy which redirected me to apartments.com app. I’m guessing that’s the new platform?

@Bud Gaffney

Do you know if “my cozy rent “ is cozy’s app?

First duplex is about to go active. Looking at managing apps. I work a lot with w-2 so I would like to stay mobile. I see a lot of likes with cozy. Is “mycozyrent” the mobile app for cozy.co? I’m just curious because I seen a lot say it would be nice if they had an app but that’s also from threads that are years old and I wondered if they have built once since then.

Also is there any new ones out there that most prefer? Any input would be gratefully appreciated!

Just getting started here, so excited to get this going and move to the next!

Thank you so much guys.

be simpler haha

@Garrett Baumann

I was recently talking with a broker. I’m not sure of a refinance but I was looking to purchase and the available rate I could have gotten was 2.75%. Your credit score also has to do with it I believe.
