Hello Everyone,

For the door knockers out there… I’m wondering what your first 10-15 seconds sound like?

My thoughts are immediately introduce myself and let them know why I’m there.

“Hi, My name is Benjamin and I’m an investor here in Houston. I’m here today to see if you’ve ever considered selling your house for cash?”

Ehhh, I don’t know about that. Any tips or advice would be great. I plan on starting tomorrow.

FYI: I’ll be door knocking home owners with delinquent taxes.

I've been calling evictions lately and have gotten some pretty good conversations.  I know if I stay consistent, something will drop.  I'm curious who your calling? Landlords off of Gosection8, evictions?

Very interesting thread. I'm currently dealing with my first probate lead right now. Owner left no will so the mother is getting the property and wants to get rid of it. Still in the early stages. I think this is something I can possibly focus on. A lot of seasoned investors made some good points about if there are hurdles and hiccups along the way... then that means there are lazy people out there not willing to take the time to do it.
