What State are you in? Glad to help with the insurance side - rates have varied massively depending on the carrier in the past few years. Working on a 15 unit now or a client ranging between 4K- 12K!!

As for Sewer Backup Coverage...if you have a sump pump/finished basement it's well worth it as we see these claims all the time. Storm....power goes out.... lotsa water
