@Alex Olson, I think I may have to. Thanks! Man, the up hill climb always seems so daunting, but one step at a time right? Thanks for the advice and encouragement!

@Abel Curiel, Thanks, you're right! These are all great tips. And, I almost completely forgot about calling FSBOs! Thanks, I'm gonna go brush up on those scripts, and I'll be sure to LISTEN to them to become an advisor.

Thanks @Steve Morris, I like that. It's like some agents were so drilled to learn those scripts that they forget to be a person, have a conversation, and actually listen to the person they're talking to. Thanks again.

@Deon Goodman, me too... Kinda. LOL! I started in 2015, and left the business after a couple years. And now I'M BACK! so I'm kinda new too. I've been calling too, but not as much as Ineed to. I'm definitely gonna turn it up though.

Thanks @Jonathan Greene, I'll look into that. From what I've seen and experienced, people outside of your sphere will support your business faster than those inside. Do you have any experience with that?

@Alex Olson That does help, Thanks! My broker has been on me pretty tough about making those expired calls. I'm not sure why I've been so hesitant, but I know I need to change my thought process about it, and just MAKE THE CALLS. Thanks again!

Happy Tuesday BP Family?

Amid the pandemic and changing marketplace, most businesses have had to pivot in one way or another. Whether for survival or to keep profits in a favorable position, we've seen businesses pivot, from huge conglomerates to small businesses. In basketball, a pivot is a slowing down of forward motion, bringing the ball in close, and finding another way to reach the goal. For us, that may look like cutting costs, a more focused target area or zip code, or even longer hours. I was just wondering how have you all pivoted your business to optimize your success?

Happy Monday BP Family!

For those of you who've gone the agent/ realtor route, what worked best for you to bring you clients? Actual clients who really wanted to buy, sell, or invest? I understand that different things will work better for different people. I just want to gain a little more perspective on how I may be missing more creative ways to build my business. All input and angles are welcome!
