Now you learned, most people have dubble faces, some have dubble life's..

Due to people like this you will think twice about giving stangers a free roof above their head, witch is too bad for the "good one's" who could really use an opportunity like this.

If I'm honest.. i wouldn't provide annyone, besides close family members this opportunity.

It's still a good lesson, too bad its a expensive one.

hey BP,

how many people here think its a handy skill to know construction work, or take some sort of course of construction so you know where to look for when inspecting a home or make some smaller comstructions yourself? Like building a new wall and putting the tiles up the wall. Or do you guys like to outsource everything when making some adjustmants? I'm thinking about following a course to learn a new skill witch could become allso in handy in the 'RE world'.

Thanks in advance.

Really, stay away from the restaurant business, the only thing i learned from working in a restaurant was that after this, i would never work in that business again, lmao.

the mentallity of wasting your time, money and self knowledge is immense.. working till night, getting drunk after work toghether, and repeat.. i've saw enough there.. well, i started at 14 and left at 16.5y/o best decision i've ever made. well basically i dindnt left but was fired, via sms... maybe becouse i didnt get drunk ever / fitted in the team..

this envoirement of working isnt a rat race, but a race to self destruction imo.

I dont concider this money as a "loss". you got awesome experience from it, witch nobody can take away from you, plus in the end you are still making money that came with the journey. Traveling rocks.

its a good eye opener for people with this (bad) behaviour and people on the financially road to reach this behaviour.. money can come fast but goes away even faster.

i wish you and your friend the best, really.
