hey BP,

how many people here think its a handy skill to know construction work, or take some sort of course of construction so you know where to look for when inspecting a home or make some smaller comstructions yourself? Like building a new wall and putting the tiles up the wall. Or do you guys like to outsource everything when making some adjustmants? I'm thinking about following a course to learn a new skill witch could become allso in handy in the 'RE world'.

Thanks in advance.
