I am hoping for a positive outcome and you must move forward

As I said ithe letter does not have to be a masterpiece and it does not have to be perfect and I am sure they know about these companies.

First, at the beginning of the letter and in the first sentance tell them what you want. This is not to be a guessing game.

You want the charges reversed

Then in simple language first say

"I have been scammed and pressured and lied to

I have been told to do unethical thing. I want the charges from this company disputed and reversed. I have no money to pay these bills.

THEN YOU CAN GO ITO THE DETAILS AS YOU HAVE WRITTEN. You can run your letter after these first sentences.

BEFORE YOU SIGNATURE REPEAT A VARIATION of the beginning such as as the last sentence after your letter:

"Please reverse these charges, because this has been a company taking advatage of people and making people do unethical, and illegeal things. In addition I have no money to pay these charge bills and do not want to file bankrupcy

Are there any Community neighborhood activists in your area that can assist you?  People that your community can call upon for assistance when they re having difficulty with any of our legal systems.

if there are community people just tie into them and let them help you with this letter.  Remember the first paragraph, before you go into details should be what you want. like

"i want the charges for this GURU company disputed and taken off my bill"   Write that Before you tell them anything and say the same thing in the last sentence of your letter. as

"Please assist me by taking these disputed charges off my bill as I was not given what I was promised and I was over charged and taken advantage of and pushed into extending my credit card limits and I have no money to pay these bills, and have no way of getting this money.

They sent you to the wrong address in the middle of a snowstorm???

Please help Debbie get this letter together,  The Credit card company just needs her letter in their file so they will have documentation as to why they are reversing the charges bck to the GURU company.  Give debbie some sentances to include in the letter.  The Guru company beat on Debbie verbally for hours telling her how to Scam the credit card company.  She has no money, The credit card company  should also be worried that if Debbie can't pay the bill, they will get stuck with the bill.  if Debbie can not pay the bill why should the credit card company have to pay the bill??   It is to their advantage to reverse the charges.  Give Debbie some language, and points to include in the letter.  

Whatever she writes should be OK.  She does not have to write a masterpiece,  She does not have to write a perfect letter.  The credit card company just needs some bare bones to have in their file so they have documentation for reversing the charges.  Lets help her get the letter out today!!  Whatever she writes will be OK.

How did the Guru send you your Money.  Is it a deduction on your credit card or a check??

I forgot to tell you.

Tell the credit card companies that you have absolutly no MONEY.

The GURU just said you would make the $41,000 by doing their 'deals"

They talked you into this over hours

Tell them you have no money to pay this credit card bill and will have to file personal bankrupcy because you do NOT have the $41,000 and have no assests and just a minimun salary.

 Dear Debbie,

We are very proud of you. Its hard to write that letter BUT it does not have to be a perfect letter just get  the  best you can letter out to them.  See if you can email them rather then a regular letter.  If they want a regular letter, just email them one copy today and send it by mail also.

Now if there is anyone on this blog that can help Debbie write this letter please get in touch with her now and write out what you think should be included in this letter (s) to the credit card company.

Debbie Debbie listen to everyone.  Everyone but you knows these people will do you NO GOOD.   Do yourself a favor and call the credit card companies and get the charges off your bill  Try it.

Tell the GURU you want everything, everything Back or you will tell your friends to throw a picket line around every seminar they have.  ou will give out leaflettes to everyone at their door explaining how they have robbed you of $41,000  We will start a petition here in Big Pockets and see if we can get people to go with you.
