Do you have a contract? Do you have a buyers list? Do you know where your buyers are buying? Do you have a closing company/lawyer to handle the transaction? Does your state allow wholesaling? Do you know how to knock on a door and follow a script and ask for the house? Do you have ability to do marketing for deals with letters/email/adwords/flyers/lawn signs? Do you know what ARV and MAO are? Do you know any hard money guys who can shop a deal to their contractors for you? Should you do wholesaling under an LLC or individual?

These companies do a great job. The prices are different because they have a different understanding of your need for high quality leads. None of the companies are aligned with your business' success though. An in-house commission only partner or employee will get you the best results. I have admin access to 22 Adwords accounts and I only make money when my clients make money. I train and/or support you on our online strategy.
