Nice rental or quick flip! Roof 3 years old, foundation fixed and level, all new pvc plumbing under the house. As it sits its a 2/1 but you need to enclose garage to make it a 3/1 which is par for the neighborhood. House will be 1137sqft when enclosing the garage. Added bonus of 2 car detached garage.
