@Michael B. I am familiar with how to calculate the ARV for a smaller multi family, however calculating the ARV for a large multi family is something I can learn considering my finance background... as far as a buyers list I have buyers that are seeking such properties and instead of turning them away I turned to BP to ask if anyone was familiar with wholesaling properties of this size so I can obtain some advice. Do you have any experience wholesaling apartments complexes with 50+ units? If so can you offer some advice as to how I can get such a property under contract, considering proof of funds is a requirement on such a large scale as well as connections in the industry and experience. Thank you 😊
