Large 4/3/2 single story with strong curb appeal. Currently this is the only active in the pocket. Cosmetic updates throughout would maximize value. Overall the home is structurally sound. 

Estimated rehab $20-25k (depending on what you want to do)

Low days on market and everything that has sold has sold well over list.

Hey Keven,

We actually just sold this house (about 2 hrs ago) 

I will let you know if it doesnt go through. But I do have a very similar house coming out in Cedar Park. We are selling it for $215k, needs a little more rehab (estimated 25k) and is worth 290-300k. 

It is off market and we are showing it at 2pm. If you are interested let me know, I will be posting it on here very soon.

Oak Aly is a good looking 3/2/2 located in 10S/78745. The current layout and condition are strong but Oak Aly needs foundation work ($8,500 bid in hand) This home seems like a great deal compared to current actives in pocket. House is very clean with great floors, updated vanities and kitchen. 

Scrape the popcorn, slap a roof on it, fix the foundation and clean up the back and this property will fly off the shelf.
