We're a local, family-owned Mom and Pop property management company. We live locally in the Brandon area, and we are passionate about helping our community, putting revenue back into MS, and keeping MS a great, wholesome place to live, work, plant roots, grow, and raise a family.

What makes us great is our experience. We used to work for some of the 'big guys' in property management and we recognized a lot of their short comings and unnecessary redundancies, and the inadequacies that would suffer losses for owners by not getting things done and occupied quickly, and at the end of the day, our poor owners were the ones who suffered, and hemorrhaged money because of it and that's one of the reasons why we started our own property management company, to help our community thrive.

We are well trusted, and reputable, by our owners, renters, and the Rankin Chamber of Commerce.

We're small but we have licensed contractors/maintenance people, a broker, and a real estate agent, plus my husband, used to be the Director of Operations for a big property management company in the area, serving over 1,000 properties, so together, we know all of the nuances of the area, city permit requirements, section 8 contacts, etc.

We would love to be your property management company!
