@Danny Cohen - I have done a little research and haven't found anything directly real estate based. Am very curious too. I know that with Salesforce you could do it with tasks, opportunities, pipelines etc. but am also just curious to see what responses you get here!

@Rudy Manna @Kyle Keever Yes numbers are definitely tight for fix and flip. I just had a property under contract in Fircrest area, they asked for highest and best because there were 20+ offers. We came back with the highest price but after getting contractors out there, the numbers were too tight. If we werent doing HML we could have made it work though.

Hello everyone! I am new to BP! I paid for a lot of investing training on Fix & Flip, and now am looking to build my team, network as much as humanly possible, learn as much as possible and raise private money to fund deals! My company is Rise Investment Group and I cant wait to get our first deal going. Also really looking forward to any Seattle area meetups! I live in Renton, and work In Seattle full time for Amazon.com. Not looking to give my day job up yet but the goal is to create enough passive income that the 9-5 benefit job is no longer needed! :) Look forward to meeting and working with you all!
