Hello All!

My name is Arthur and I'm new to the REI world. I plan on starting out with wholesaling here and in Atlanta. I eventually hope to build up to where I can buy and hold and work in as may markets I can comfortably.

I currently work in IT and everything I've learned in this field I learned by doing - that being said I would appreciate and openly welcome a mentor and or any help in this new endeavor.
