1. Should we look into portfolio loans or continue to go the route of traditional loans until the threshold is reached ? BOTH

2. Any way to buy foreclosure listing through loan ? YES

3. Anyone has any experience with working with credit unions in those areas who can consolidate 5+ loans ? WE CAN REFINANCE YOUR PORTFOLIO

4. Any recommendations on institutions or local leaders ? YES CALL
