PLEASE HELP!! NEED A GOOD PRIVATE LENDER FOR FLIPS IN NJ

Need to find a good private lender in NJ for some flips and some buy and hold deals I am working on financing. Refinancing some other investment props so will have some liquidity in about 30-40 days but need to buy a property now!
