Hey BP community hope all is well. I have been investing in Rochester NY market since 2006. I tend to buy and hold more multifamily units then SFH. Few years ago I was asked by several out of town investors to manage their investments and thus Dimensions Property Management was founded. DPM was formed on basis of integrity and honest. Who is the broker of record for your company?  I don't see you or Dimensions at the NY department of state holding the necessary license to manage property.
