@Ash Hegde That was what I read that made me rethink the HELOC. I haven't thought about doing a BRRRR but that might be a better move if I decide to do a HELOC. Thank so much also @Ray Hage thanks for your time as well.

@Brian Schroeder and @Ash Hegde it seem like the HELOC terms was more for a short term, at least the articles I read and videos I seen. I will do more research on the HELOC and how I can use it as a investor. I thank you both for your time! Please any other advise is welcomed, have a blessed day.

What is the best way to leverage my home to invest in real estate? I have lots of equity built up in my home. I want to use some of it to start invest in small multi family. I thought of using a HELOC but it seems that is probably best to use if I was taking it out of a investment property not my live in home. I need some advice because I want to make the best decision and set myself up to do more deals.

Good afternoon guys I have a question about doing a refi. My question is if I do a refi on my house can I sale? I have a lot of equity in my home and I’m thinking about moving but I want to invest. So my plan is to refi my home then sale it get a new home with my VA and us the refi Money to invest and the money from the sale of my home (if any) as down payment. Is this a workable plan? Is it a smart plan? Please help! I want to move
