@David Zamarron and @Robert Rayford thanks for your feedback. In the issue that I'm currently dealing with, I chose to use my own title company. Somehow the missed that, and started running title through Premium, which has become an absolute nightmare. The biggest issue is that whenever you call to address an issue, no one has a clue of what's going on; then they transfer you to someone else, who has even less of clue as to what's going on.
