Can use your help community on this one.  About 3 weeks ago i applied for cash out refinance on my fully paid for 3 unit rental property in Fort Myers Florida.  Now the lender is saying it will take 3 to 6 months to get the money out of the property, is this normal? anyone have any experience with this?

I hired a woman on Craigslist to write my Yellow Letters, paid her $1 for each. Gave her the template, envelopes, and stamps. She did it all, gave them to me and I mailed them. Easy Peasy!

Secured or unsecured? There is a big difference in what you would do paperwork-wise.

@Larry Turowski when it comes to the "driving for dollars" concept, do you have any recommendations on direct mail marketing as far as a company to go through?

There are lots of companies.  An easy one to use is yellowletters.com.

hello Larry thanks for the response. What do you mean by driving for dollars?
