The problem with pit bulls is that there well may be some good ones, but when they are bad, they are really really bad. It isnt how they are raised or taken care of, its inherent in the breed. Its like how border collies herd sheep. Its what they've been bred to do. You can't make them not do it. Pit bulls have been bred for aggression. Its what they do. I know of more cases than I care to recall of really good owners that had pit bulls attack people, or others dogs, even people in their house that they know. Theres a reason that insurance companies wont touch them.

Thank you so much for the update.   Im sure at the time you were ready to sell, you thought the magnificent job you did on this house would override the location. Since that seems the only thing slowing the sale, has it changed your perception on location, as far as your future rehabs? Have you not gotten any offers at all?

Was so interesting reading how you rehabbed this home, so I thought I would revisit. I see you just dropped the price again. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts now.

This doesnt pass the sniff test. Service dogs are way too valuable and well trained to be just turned loose, and attacking other dogs. Now "emotional support" dogs are a whole different deal, and any dog can be deemed "emotional support" with simply downloading a certificate. With the attack, animal control needs to be contacted regarding this.

It has been on the market at this price for 6 days. If this is the house on your web page, its been on the market since 10/26/17.  You've dropped the price 5 times just in November. Why are you dropping the price so quickly and so often? Are you still getting showings?
