I'm looking for how to do the necessary work that a woman can do without extra help. It saves money to do it myself. It would be nice have a source for us women to help other women.

Is there any Youtube videos or articles walking women through doing major renovations on our own ( without the cost of workers)?

I enjoyed all the answers and I wore a mustard colored button up (pretty dress) and some slacks. It went very well and I met alot of interesting people. It was in Raleigh, NC.

@J Scott I'm willing to pay for a good mentor: someone who will guide me through my first few purchases and flips. I would love to build a good relationship with them as well because I will need them, as well as hopefully one day they will need me. I also don't mind volunteering my service to them.

Thanks for the advice! I decided not to work for the real estate company but keep my paying job and read more into real estate as a source of knowledge.

I posted this blog about 2 months ago and since then I have been reading alot into real estate investing. I would like my first flip to be a single family home, however, I'm interested in rental properties also.
