Sophia, I didn't receive the notice on this and I apologize!  The population for this area is just over 100,000 (Shasta County).  When I get back into my office I will send you the traffic count. I-5 runs through the middle of town which makes it an excellent location to draw more industries, tourists, and businesses.  The main area of employment is currently medical, legal, retail and tourism.
