My name is Anje and I am a Real Estate Broker and a consultant in Northern California. I have also completed several development projects. I am currently consulting with a City Manager in Northern California. He is excited about creating opportunity and growing the city of Anderson to be a destination location. He is inviting new businesses with open arms! I am looking for commercial investors interested in several different areas of real estate and development. This can vary from commercial investors that would be interested in funding commercial development projects or those interested in a joint venture. Anderson is lucky to have the beautiful Sacramento River running right through it! It is located 2 hours north of Sacramento, has Interstate 5 going through the middle of town, is 20 minutes from Shasta Lake and Whiskeytown Lake (some of the most beautiful lakes, Shasta Lake is an extremely large and inviting lake bringing in visitors from all over the country!). It is also less than an hour to snowboarding, has the most stunning views, committed community leaders and room for development!
