Hello Everyone!

I am looking for hard money lenders for construction loans.  Currently I have clients interested in doing spec homes, retail centers, condos, commercial projects and other investment properties. I would like to grow my hard money connections, as most of the lenders I have been working with don't do construction.  This year I am really seeing construction take off again.
