I have an inherited tenant that is behind on rent. We have to file the paperwork for the DC complaint. I’m trying to find a way to get her SSN, any service that provides the SSN search?

Hudson County, NJ -

My attorney advised me to append Exhibit A in my complaint since I filed a Motion. Can someone please explain what form this is. I Initially used Form 11252: Verified Complaint Landlord - Tenant - Appendix XI-X. Don't see an exhibit A. Hudson County, NJ

I had an inherited tenant that stopped paying rent more than a year ago. We have a judgement against her for 15k, I do not have her SSN to begin the collection process. Any recommendation on how to go about this?

I have a tenant who is ready to surface all documents I'm asking for and ready to pay the asking rent. He however, doesn't have an SSN but rather an ITIN. Does the ITIN carry the same about of credibility in case he doesn't pay rent, and I have to go to court for a money judgement.

Anyone had any luck collecting after a money judgment case? A few collections attorneys I’ve spoken to said the chances of actually collecting are close to none. Wondering if it even makes sense to start the collections process after I’ve received a money judgment.

I wonder why my lawyer who’s a very established lawyer in Hudson County said I cannot amend a case. She asked me to cancel and re-file but I am weary to do so because I strongly believe there has to be an amendment clause considering Covid delays
